Return & Refund Policy
At Dark Range Systems, each product is made to order and inspected for fit and function before shipment. Our products are produced using precision additive manufacturing, and minor surface variations or visible layer lines are normal characteristics of 3D-printed parts.
Returns
Because every item is produced on demand, we generally do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind or expectation differences
- Minor surface texture, color variation, or visible layer lines inherent to 3D printing
- Fit issues resulting from user modification or installation errors
If you believe your product arrived defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at darkrangesystems@proton.me with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review each claim individually and, at our sole discretion, determine whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate.
Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only on a case-by-case basis when we determine a product to be materially defective or incorrect due to our error. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Replacements
In most verified cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement approval is at the discretion of Dark Range Systems.
Shipping
We do not cover return shipping costs unless a replacement or refund is approved in writing. All returned items must be in unused condition and securely packaged.
